Refund policy

Effective Date: October 1, 2025
Applies to: Orders placed directly on WalooProducts.com and affiliated domains operated by HGP Group LLC(including WalooPets.com, WalooHome.com, and other redirecting brand sites).

General Overview

If you purchased directly from Waloo Products and are not fully satisfied, we’ll gladly accept eligible returns within 15 days from delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. This policy applies only to purchases made on our websites. Orders placed on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.) must follow that platform’s policies.

Return Eligibility

Eligible items must meet all of the following:

  • Returned within 15 calendar days of delivery.

  • Unused, undamaged, in original packaging with all parts.

  • Return Authorization (RA) number obtained before shipping back.

Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):

  • Gift cards or digital/downloadable products.

  • Personal hygiene or sanitary items.

  • Used, opened, or damaged products.

  • Missing packaging, parts, or accessories.

  • Items damaged through misuse or improper handling.

How to Request a Return

Contact Us or email Support@WalooProducts.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return. We’ll reply with an RA number and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the error was ours (e.g., wrong item or defect).

  • Use a trackable service (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, regional carriers, freight services, etc.).

  • Waloo Products is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refunds cover the product price only; shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Late or unsatisfactory returns may incur a restocking fee or be denied.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only for defective or damaged items. Contact Us or email support@WalooProducts.com before sending. We’ll reply with an RA number and instructions. Unauthorized exchanges may be refused or delayed.

Gift Returns

If a gift was shipped directly to you, a store credit may be issued for its value. If sent to the gift giver, the refund will go to the original payer.

Final Sale Items

All clearance, sale, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Please read the product description to confirm if an item is listed as final sale.
